Information about the Session
The Ontological Coaching Sessions are not like any other type of coaching out there. This is because they focus on helping you connect with yourself on a much deeper level. You will learn about how to see what kind of perceptions you have, what kind of judgements you have about yourself and others and how to learn to make a change and grow your Way of Being. Working with your Language, Emotions and Body through powerful questions and coaching exercises, you will uncover new ways of thinking and being that can help you to overcome whatever challenges you may be facing. These sessions can provide a much-needed opportunity for self-exploration and growth.
How I help you during the Sessions
I will provide an open and safe space for you to explore and express your emotions without judgement. I will ask powerful questions, and together we will identify any limiting beliefs or judgments that are holding you back from achieving success and creating positive changes in your life. Additionally, through this process, you will become attuned to your heart’s desires as you unravel any emotions or behaviors that are shaping—and restricting—your world view. Ultimately, by uncovering new possibilities, you will be empowered to own your life again and realize greater fulfillment.
