Information about the session
The Grief Coaching Support Sessions offer emotional and practical assistance to men who have experienced loss. Grief is one of the most difficult emotions we encounter in life and it often takes time to process and manage the intense feelings of sadness and hurt. The Grief session takes a holistic approach, meaning there is no specific religious requirement or enforcement. This support can help provide a safe space to talk about what has happened, explore difficult emotions, and learn coping strategies to adjust to life after loss. During a session I help to support my clients in exploring effective ways to manage their emotions so that they can move towards building resilience and processing the grief. These sessions brings together a supportive atmosphere with tools for building understanding of your own emotions, enabling each individual to come to terms with their loss and move forward with newfound strength.
