Grief is a natural process, as a Thanatologist I will help you deal with your Grief and loss. The Grief Support Sessions offers a safe space without judgement where you can release your emotions, feelings, questions and more. I will teach you different techniques and tools that are key to navigate with your grieving process and find healing.

Emotional Ontological
Coaching Session
The Emotional Ontological Coaching Sessions help the process of self-discovery of your inner being. These sessions focus on identify your negative beliefs, emotions, moods, knowing more about yourself, seeing yourself from a new observer and identifying new possibilities for change.

Heart to Heart
Conversation
The Heart-to-Heart conversation is a single session for those who need to talk with someone to release energy, organize thoughts and to check what tools are available to care of your inner peace and heart, which is the most important organ we have. This holistic session is a great option to channel the emotional and mental aspect. This session will help to heal and restore your peace.
