Section 1: Terms & Conditions

By using this site or booking services, you agree to these terms. Services are non-medical holistic coaching, not therapy or clinical treatment.

  • Bookings: Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, scheduled through Calendly, WhatsApp, or phone. All bookings are virtual and available nationwide in the US from my base in Lawrence, KS.
  • Cancellations: Provide 24-hour notice for a full refund; no-shows forfeit payment. Rescheduling is available with notice.
  • Refunds: Coaching sessions are refundable if canceled early (within 24 hours). Due to the intangible and immediate download nature of our digital products (PDFs, journals, guides, and resources), all sales are final. Once payment is processed and the download link is sent, no refunds, cancellations, or product exchanges will be made. The customer is responsible for verifying the selected product is correct before completing the purchase.
  • Reservations: All bookings are virtual; nationwide US service from Lawrence, KS. Sessions focus on emotional accompaniment and wellness, not medical advice.
  • Intellectual Property and License of Use: All books, journals, and digital materials are the exclusive property of Didra Lorenzo / EW Life Coaching and are protected by international copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license of use. Reproduction in whole or in part, free distribution (sharing files via email or WhatsApp), resale, or use of this material for teaching third parties is strictly prohibited without express written consent from the author.
  • Technical Failures: If the download link does not arrive in your email after purchase, the customer must contact ewlc@didralorenzo.com with proof of payment to arrange manual delivery of the file.
  • Purchases through Third Parties (e.g., Amazon): Some of our printed books are sold exclusively through Amazon. By clicking on links for these products, you will be redirected to an external platform. Didra Lorenzo / EW Life Coaching does not process payments, shipments, or returns for these products. Such transactions are subject to Amazon.com’s policies. Any claims regarding the condition of the physical book or delays must be handled directly with Amazon.

Section 2: Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. The data collected (name, last name, email, and billing information) is used solely for:

  1. Processing and confirming your purchase or booking.
  2. Sending the download link for digital products.
  3. Sending updates about your order or store news (only if you authorize it).
  • Data Collection: I collect data (name, email) for bookings/newsletters via Kit/Calendly/Payhip. No sharing with third parties without consent. Compliant with US laws (e.g., CCPA).
  • Cookies: Site uses basic analytics; opt-out available.
  • Payment Security: We do not store your credit or debit card details. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways such as Stripe/PayPal.
  • User Rights: You have the right to request the deletion of your email from our database or to correct your personal data at any time by writing to ewlc@didralorenzo.com. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

  • Liability: No responsibility for outcomes; use at own risk.
  • Wellness Notice and Service Limits: The digital resources, PDF books, and materials on emotional intelligence or EFT available on this portal are for educational and personal growth purposes only. The content does not constitute, nor is it intended to substitute, clinical psychological therapy, medical diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. By acquiring these resources, the user acknowledges that the coaching and thanatology accompaniment process focuses on the present and future, and not on the treatment of mental pathologies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or require clinical intervention, it is your responsibility to seek help from a licensed health professional or go to the nearest emergency room. The use of these tools is under the user’s own responsibility and judgment.
  • Use of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT): Guides that include EFT (Tapping) techniques are offered as self-management emotional tools. Although these techniques are generally safe, the user accepts that their practice may mobilize intense emotions. By using these resources, you assume full responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being during the practice, releasing Didra Lorenzo / EW Life Coaching from any claims arising from the use of said techniques.
